Missions
We are looking for a Java/Angular Technical Leader forour client located in Sophia Antipolis to lead the redesign and technical remediation of two key front-end and back-end applications.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze the current state and use a detailed audit to identify priority refactoring projects
- Develop a clear, pragmatic, and phased remediation roadmap
- Take direct responsibility for the development and refactoring of the most critical issues
- Set technical standards, provide guidance, review, and ensure the security of development projects
- Optimize slow processes and improve overall application performance
- Incorporate the use of AI (GitHub Copilot) as a catalyst in the redesign strategy
- Document architectural decisions and ensure a smooth handover to international maintenance teams
Technical stack
Angular, Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, SQL, SOAP, REST, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, Microsoft Azure (App Service, Static Web Apps, Azure Functions, Application Gateway), Dynatrace
Desired profile
- At least 8 to 10 years of solid experience combining application architecture and technical leadership
- Dual technical expertise in Angular and Spring Boot.
- Excellent proficiency in JPA/Hibernate, SQL, and application architectures (N-Tier, SOLID, design patterns).
- Common practices for using GitHub Copilot to speed up development.
- A professional level of English is required to communicate during the transfer phases.
- Natural technical leadership, attention to detail, and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills to support the team and ensure a smooth transition
