    Our recruitment process

    Aware that the success of the projects we work on depends on the teams we build, our recruitment process is the cornerstone of our efforts.
    It is designed to assess your technical skills and motivations, while giving you a clear vision of your future role at Matawan Services or with our clients.

  • Discovery phone interview

    An initial 30-minute discussion with our Talent Acquisition Manager to learn more about the context and our values.

  • Motivational interview

    A one-hour meeting with the Business Manager/Operations Manager for a detailed presentation of the position.

  • Technical interview/evaluation

    A one-hour assessment based on a real-world use case with the Tech Lead/CTO (depending on the profile).

  • HR interview

    A final exchange on values and commitment.

  • Meeting with the end customer
