We are recruiting an experienced Java Quarkus Developer for one of our clients near Nice to help lead an ambitious technology transformation (migration to Quarkus and transition to a hexagonal architecture).

Designing and developing microservices in Java
Help with the migration from Spring Boot 3 to Quarkus
Help implement a hexagonal architecture
Apply SOLID principles and DDD concepts
Participate in technical decisions and architectural discussions
Implement and maintain messaging flows
Ensuring code quality
Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams
Take part in team rituals

Desired profile

You have 4 to 8 years of experience in Java backend development
You have a solid understanding of Spring Boot
You have experience with or a strong interest in Quarkus or Micronaut
You have a solid understanding of microservices architectures
You are familiar with best practices (clean code, SOLID, DDD)
You have experience with messaging systems (ideally Kafka)
Have you ever worked on a project from start to finish?
