Missions
We are looking for an IT Process & Methods Consultant (M/F) for one of our clients located near Nice to support the transformation of its IT organization and the development of its collaborative and Agile practices.
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct an assessment of current processes (project management, incident handling, tools, deliverables) to identify areas for improvement
- Develop, formalize, and implement collaborative operating procedures tailored to the organization’s challenges and specific characteristics
- Harmonize and refine the use of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) across all IT teams
- Identify, select, and define the scope of use for tooling solutions that support processes
- Lead change management efforts among technical staff (facilitating training sessions, developing training materials, internal communication)
- Implement and lead a continuous improvement initiative based on measuring key performance indicators and facilitating workshops
- Monitor best practices and methodological innovations in the market to evolve the established model
Technical stack
Jira, Confluence, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Collaborative Project Management Tools
Desired profile
- Proven experience in IT project management and operational process optimization (a driver of transformation)
- Certifications are highly valued (Scrum Master, SAFe, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Agile ecosystems and complete comfort with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- A keen analytical mind, recognized teaching skills, a unifying approach when dealing with a diverse range of people, and impeccable written and oral communication skills
